it's engel time!

so of course with nate coming home comes the missionary homecoming! and you know what that means... the engels come to town! yay! britt came down earlier than expected which was awesome because... well... more time with britt, drew, and elise! 

 

josh also came up for the weekend and the whole family spent as much time together as possible. as part of spending lots of time with each other... on saturday we all went to tucanos for lunch.

at one point drew was playing with my phone and i ended up with about 15 pictures and videos that look like this...

 sadly nat couldn't come because she was playing at the utah vs stanford game and tony couldn't come because he was on the set of "underground heroes" playing a slave. isn't he just so handsome! :)

afterwards we went to the ferris wheel store aka scheels. i got to ride the ferris wheel with drew and it was so hilarious! every time we would come around the top of the wheel he would scream "nate! papa!" then "daddy! elise" then "mommy! gama!". like each time he was seeing them for the first time! i'm pretty sure everyone in the store could hear him. he is so hilarious!

over the week drew got brave and spent a lot of time with us outside with the dogs. he loved to throw the balls for the dogs to go chase. he literally could of been out there for hours if it wasn't so cold!

anyways i was so happy (again) to be living with my parents during this time. i was able to spend a lot of time with the engels!

just a few more months til i get to see them again! woohoo!
