tony's new toy

a few weekends ago we went to the gun show at the expo center and tony picked himself out a new gun! his first gun was a taurus 22 caliber and he wanted something that would "do a little more damage" haha so this time he opted for a smith and wesson 9 millimeter semi automatic.
its a pretty sweet gun and definitely more powerful that his taurus.

then this last weekend kevin and natalie were nice enough to take us shooting so tony could try it out!

needless to say he loves his new gun!

kevin brought along a 12 gage that we all just had to try... i was a little nervous to shoot it especially cuz we were warned of the kick it has... but i did it!

when watching tony shoot you would barely be able to tell it even has a kick! (just look at the pictures... they look the same!) he just absorbs it into his body... yep! my man is that strong! :)

anyways we decided that the next gun show i get to buy me something fun... i'm thinking something pink... haha no surprise there right? 

easter weekend

even though we don't do much for easter for each other we still get to celebrate with our families. as you all remember we hunted for easter eggs a couple of weeks ago at my grandparents house, and on easter my parents had us over for a salmon dinner. so yummy!! we (as in me and my little sister natalie) also got to search for our easter "baskets"... it was alot harder than i thought it would be! haha

but we both eventually found our goodies and all was well!

we also took the dogs to the dog park the friday before easter and it was light enough that i was able to get a few shots of them. they love the dog park! if you even say the word "dog park" they get really excited and look at you with a really excited expression like "did you really just say what i think you said?!?" they are so fun!

i guess this proves that they aren't lazy ALL of the time... they could run for hours on end if we let them!

lazy pups

so i have decided that our pups are really lazy... haha not that i'm complaining tho... cuz let's face it, after me and tony get off work (and tony works out) all we want to do is relax! but if i am on the computer editing or if tony is at the kitchen table looking for acting gigs the dogs go nuts!

they will sit there and whine, and paw at us, and nudge us and just annoy us until we sit on the couch. its the funniest thing! there was even one time when luna was sitting by me at my desk just whining and whining so i finally picked her up and put her on my lap. she stopped whining and went right to sleep... king does the same thing with tony. while tony is at the kitchen table king will sit there and whine at him (even if i am sitting on the couch) until tony sits on the couch with the rest of us.

silly puppies... we can't be lazy bums like you all the time! :)

speaking of the puppies i found these bad boys on etsy from pooch tags. aren't they so cute?? i use them as a purse accessory.

she even stamped their names on the back.
