sadly tony injured his back the week of his birthday so although he didn't have to work he really couldn't do much... including golf which sucked because it was unusually warm on his birthday! unfortunately we had a leadership camp going on at my work so i couldn't even take the day off to enjoy with him... dang! but we at least stayed up until midnight to celebrate the moment he turned 33.
so after i got home from work i surprised him with a yummy cake
and he opened his gifts from me which included a golf book and a golf ball signed by jerome bettis and a case for it.
after gifts we met tom and trudy at famous dave's for dinner.
then the next day we met the fitzgerald's at red lobster for dinner.
friday i was able to take off work early so we could spend some time together and tony could spend some of his birthday money. he ended up buying some baseball and football cards.
then saturday morning we made yummy pumpkin pancakes and eggs for breakfast and did some more shopping.
about a week later my parents had dinner for tony which included steak, eggs, and potatoes. and for dessert? pecan pie!
